Part A — Terms of Use

1) Using the Site

  • You must use the site lawfully. Do not copy, scrape, or interfere with security.
  • We may suspend or withdraw the site for maintenance or changes.
  • Content is for personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise.

2) Accounts

  • Keep your login details confidential; you’re responsible for activity on your account.
  • We may close accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe are used for resale, fraud, or abusive behaviour.
  • We reserve the right, at our discretion, to decline service to any customer.

3) Intellectual Property

All content (text, images, logos, product names) is owned by BOSSA BRASIL LTD or licensed to us. You may not use our IP without written permission.

4) Linking

You may link to our homepage fairly and legally; do not frame the site or imply association without permission. We are not responsible for third-party sites we link to.

5) Privacy & Cookies

Your personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy.

6) Liability (website)

We provide the site “as is”. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Part B — Terms of Sale

1) Placing an Order & Contract Formation

  • When you submit an order, it is an offer to buy the products.
  • We confirm receipt by email; the contract is formed only when we dispatch your order.
  • We may decline or cancel orders at our discretion.

2) Product Information

We aim for accurate descriptions and imagery, but minor variations in colour or finish may occur due to natural materials and display settings.

3) Pricing, Currency & Taxes

  • Prices are shown in the currency selected on the site.
  • We are not VAT-registered; no VAT is charged.
  • If you purchase from outside the UK, you are responsible for all applicable import duties and taxes.

4) Payment

Payment methods are shown at checkout. Your card or payment method will be charged when your order is accepted.

5) Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery options and estimated timeframes are shown at checkout.
  • Times are estimates only; we are not responsible for delays outside our control.
  • Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Title passes upon full payment.
  • We reserve the right to decline delivery to certain destinations or customers.

6) Returns

  • You have 14 days from delivery to notify us if you wish to cancel.
  • You must return items within a further 14 days.
  • You are responsible for return postage costs.
  • We will refund the product price and the original standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the goods back in resaleable condition.
  • Refunds are made to your original payment method.

7) Returns Exceptions

We cannot accept returns for goods that:

  • have been used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and functioning;
  • are unsealed and unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons.

8) Faulty or Not-as-Described Goods

  • Within 30 days: you may reject faulty goods for a refund.
  • Within 6 months: you are entitled to a repair or replacement; if that fails, a refund.
  • Statutory rights may extend up to 6 years under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

9) Returns Process

  • Email corporate@bossabrasil.co with your order number and reason for return.
  • Items must be returned in original condition with tags, dust bags and packaging.
  • Use a trackable service and keep your proof of postage.

10) No Personalisation, No Gift Cards, No After-Care

At this stage we do not offer personalisation, gift cards, or after-care services.

11) Liability (sales)

We are liable for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach or negligence. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for rights which cannot be excluded under consumer law.

12) Events Outside Our Control “Force Majeure”

We are not responsible for delays or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g. strikes, carrier issues, extreme weather). If such events cause a substantial delay, you may cancel for a refund.

13) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Courts of England & Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction, meaning you may bring proceedings in your local court if mandatory consumer law allows.

14) Shipping Policy

We offer worldwide shipping. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped via trusted carriers. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, typically ranging from 3–10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
