Refunds & Returns

This Refund & Returns Policy forms part of our Terms of Use & Terms of Sale. It applies to purchases made directly on bossabrasil.co.
If anything here conflicts with your statutory rights, your statutory rights prevail.
1) Change-of-Mind Returns (UK & International)

Return window: You have 14 days from the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods to tell us you wish to cancel your order.

Return deadline: Once you’ve notified us, you must send the items back within a further 14 days.

Return postage: You pay the cost of return shipping. Please use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage.

Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags, dust bags, fillers, accessories, and packaging included. You may handle the goods only as you would in a shop.

Original delivery refund: If you cancel within the 14-day period, we will refund the product price and the standard outbound delivery cost (if charged). Any premium/express delivery upgrades are not refundable.
How to start a return:
Email corporate@bossabrasil.co with your order number, the items you’re returning, and the reason. We’ll reply with return instructions and the correct return address. (We don’t publish a return address online.)
2) Refund Timing & Method

We process refunds on receipt of the returned goods into our facility, following inspection.

Refunds are made to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 14 days from the date we receive your return for the refund to appear.

If items are handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature/characteristics/functioning, we may make a deduction for any diminished value.
3) Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return for a refund and place a new order for the alternative item.
4) What You Can’t Return
We cannot accept returns for items that:

have been used, worn, soiled, or damaged after delivery;

are missing original tags, dust bags, or key components;
-
are unsealed items that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed.
(Note: We do not currently offer personalisation or gift cards.)
5) Faulty or Not-as-Described Items
Your statutory rights apply.

Within 30 days of delivery: you may reject faulty goods for a refund.

Within 6 months: you’re entitled to a repair or replacement; if that isn’t possible within a reasonable time, you’re entitled to a refund.

Please email corporate@bossabrasil.co with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.

Damage on arrival: Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist promptly.
6) International Returns, Duties & Taxes

You are responsible for all duties, taxes and import charges for outbound and return shipments, unless we state otherwise at checkout.

When returning from outside the UK, clearly mark the package “Returned Goods” and follow any instructions we provide to help avoid unnecessary charges.

Any courier, customs, or handling fees we incur due to mis-declared returns may be deducted from your refund or lead to a refusal of delivery/return.
7) Items Returned Without Authorisation
Please do not send returns without contacting us first. Unauthorised returns, COD shipments, or returns to the wrong address may be refused or delayed.
8) Our Right to Decline Service
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to decline service or delivery to certain customers or destinations (for example, suspected fraud, abusive behaviour, or restricted destinations). This does not affect your statutory rights.
